I had a pretty decent stay overall, with the clean and comfortable room being a major highlight. The 20% discount for residents was a nice perk, making dining more affordable in London. However, the noise from the pub below was a bit of a pain, especially when I wanted to relax after a long day. Still, the staff were friendly, which added to the experience.

I had a pretty lovely two-night stay at Old Ship Inn. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from Hackney Central station, making it easy to explore the area. The food was delicious, and I enjoyed the lively atmosphere in the pub, but the noise level at night did make it a tad hard to sleep. Overall, I'd definitely return! 😊

I had quite mixed feelings about my stay at the Old Ship Inn in Hackney. While the staff were incredibly friendly and the pub atmosphere was lively, I found my room rather basic and uncomfortably warm. Additionally, the lack of breakfast options was disappointing, but the comfort of the bed helped me get good rest during my stay.

Rooms

My room was tidy but quite small, with minimal amenities. The temperature was really high, even with a fan provided, making it tough to sleep comfortably at times. Additionally, I noticed some marks on the walls and the towels were not up to standard.

While the pub's menu looked appealing with a good variety, I was disappointed that breakfast wasn't provided. I later found nearby spots for breakfast, but it would have been nice to have that option at the Inn itself.
Facilities

The lack of air conditioning and limited plug sockets was a downside. The absence of breakfast facilities was also a significant drawback, especially since the room was already quite hot.
